Keeping in touch with your emotions

When you feel negative emotions such as anger your heartbeat is affected: this shows up as a chain reaction in your body: your blood vessels constrict and your blood pressure rises.

What you feel and think changes how your brain functions, which in turn immediately impacts how your mind operates or doesn’t.

Switch your mind to Appreciation and see what happens!

When you are in state of appreciation your whole body works synergistically to create an overall state of well being. Your energy is buoyant and spirited.

When you think appreciative thoughts, you feel uplifted, happy, joyous, enthusiastic, and with peace, which will lead you to respond with behaviours corresponding to these positive feelings.

It is contagious so give it a try. My clients love the insights to make them live another day in abundance of the power within them during my Tai Chi sessions.
